Order

Once your payment has been accepted, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.


If you have not received this e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you do find it, please contact our customer service department with the date and amount of the order.

Once you have received the order confirmation e-mail, you cannot cancel or modify your order.

For products in stock, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 working days after its validation.

Nevertheless, even if we do our best to process your order as soon as possible, in case of increased activity, such as during the launching of a collection, or in case of force majeure (power cuts, unfavorable weather conditions...), the processing and shipping time of your order may exceptionally be extended. We promise to do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

For products sold in pre-order (out of stock), the shipping time will be communicated on the product page.

Shipping & Returns

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking link of your order. This will allow you to track your order in real time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

Colissimo - at your home in 48 hours - 5,90€ - offered from 80€ of purchase

Mondial Relay - at your relay point in 3 to 5 working days - 3,90€ - offered from 80€ of purchase

EUROPE:

Colissimo Europe - at your home in 4 to 8 working days - 7,90€ - free for orders over 80€.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Colissimo International - at your home in 10 working days - 34,90€

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

First of all, if you have any question concerning one of our products, please contact us at the following e-mail address: contact@luvya-paris.com.

If however you wish to return a product to us, here are the steps to follow:

- Place the product(s) in a shipping box, including a sheet with your name / contact information / reason for return

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim. If the returned product does not respect the conditions of return, the refund cannot be made.
